P0 / TIMING

Processing time has several clocks

A transfer can have separate clocks for network confirmation, service queueing, payout construction and recipient settlement. Treat an advertised range as conditional, and use a transaction identifier plus the service status channel to distinguish a delay from a wrong route.

Educational context first. The handoff opens a timed confirmation screen before the external partner site.

Before you follow any offer

Name the state before judging it

“Pending” can mean the deposit is not confirmed, the service has not accepted it, a payout is queued or a recipient platform is still processing it. Ask which state the status actually describes.

Network time and service time differ

Congestion, fee settings and confirmation policy affect the chain. Internal queueing, split schedules and support review affect the service. One cannot be inferred from the other.

  • Check the explorer for the deposit transaction.
  • Compare the service’s confirmation threshold with the network state.
  • Record the payout transaction separately from the deposit.

Set a stop-and-contact rule

Before sending, know where a support request goes and which order evidence it needs. Do not publish a private key, seed phrase or unnecessary wallet history to support.

Questions readers ask

Answers without the overclaim

Does “instant” mean the payout is guaranteed immediately?

No. It is a marketing label unless the service defines the conditions, confirmation threshold and exceptions behind it.

What should I check during a delay?

Check the deposit transaction, the order/status record and the published support channel without sharing secrets or unnecessary personal data.

Can a recipient exchange add time?

Yes. Recipient screening, confirmations and settlement policies are outside the mixer’s stated processing clock.
